3. Purposes of the processing

Your data will be used for:

  7. Customer service: to respond to inquiries, requests for information, complaints and suggestions that you may make to us through the Web, and which may be related to any of our services, products, prices, promotions, new activities, among others.

Celebration and management of the contractual relationship: which includes managing online registration as a client, downloading an invitation, or registering for courses, events and workshops; contacting you to finalize online registration, answer your questions and manage any circumstances related to the aforementioned transactions; administering the payment for online registration; allowing your participation in contests, publishing comments and content on our blog and social networks, as well as showing you the schedules of the selected activities.

Commercial, promotional, and marketing activities: We may contact you for sales follow-up and to promote our services, products, and investment opportunities, as well as those of third parties with whom we have a collaboration agreement. Contact for these purposes may be made through any existing communication channel: primarily email, telephone calls, messaging services (including SMS and in-app push notifications), social media, and postal mail.
  10. Content personalisation: we use your interests, preferences and the destination you check in to show you related plans, communities and services on the platform. We do not build profiles for advertising purposes, we do not use your location for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you.

Analysis and improvement of services and products: In order to better understand the needs and expectations of users and in order to improve our customer service, our services and products, we may send you satisfaction and quality surveys as well as carry out statistics (these will allow us to know, for example, the reaction of users to our advertising campaigns).
  12. Furthermore, to ensure the proper functioning of the website/applications and to enhance the user experience (e.g., enabling the correct display of content; remembering login information or preferred language), technical and functional cookies are used. These cookies collect data related to website/application usage, including the referring website, registration details, pages, videos or advertisements viewed, products viewed, visit duration, location, and technical information (IP address, browser information, device identifier, etc.).

Analysis of job candidates: If you send us your CV through the section that may be enabled for this purpose, we inform you that the personal data provided will be processed for the purpose of analyzing your candidacy and profile to assess your participation in current or future selection processes.

9. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as encryption, access control, and secure protocols (HTTPS).

10. Location

We use your device's location to find the network destination closest to you and show you what is nearby on the map. It is only requested when you choose to share it, and you can refuse or withdraw it at any time from your device settings. We do not store your exact position: only the destination you check in to ("Here now"), which you can remove whenever you like. We do not share your location with third parties or use it for advertising purposes.
